Contract conclusion and right of withdrawal

The offers published on Gusseisenpfannen.ch do not constitute an offer of contract. 
The contract comes into effect with the customer's order in the online shop and the resulting delivery of the products.

The customer has the right to cancel his order in writing within 3 days. The revocation period begins with the order by the customer. The period is deemed to have been observed if the notice of cancellation is handed over to the post office on the third working day or sent electronically. The proof of the revocation lies on the side of the customer. 
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods and the costs incurred by Gusseisenpfannen.ch.

A cancellation is excluded if the goods are no longer in their original packaging / used.

In the event of any delays in delivery, the customer will be informed without delay. If the goods are no longer available, the order will be cancelled. If the maximum delivery period of 30 working days cannot be met, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract immediately in writing.
